TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

会员种类

(Note: "American companies" include all North and South American Countries including the USA)

SATDA aims to only admit quality organizations with sound financial histories, good management experience and references from bankers, customers and suppliers.
SATDA 的目标仅仅只是接纳在银行、客户和供应商们有着良好的金融历史，高品质管理经验的组织机构。

Corporate Member (both Chinese and American companies): Membership under this category is open to enterprises with Chinese or American ownership or management. Membership includes voting rights. Additional non-voting representative can be added for a nominal fee.

中国和美国公司：会员制的范畴是针对所有中国和美国的企业法人或管理者开放的。

Corporate Associate Member: Membership under this category is open to corporations, enterprises or institutions which are neither Chinese or American. This category is open to those who have an interest to seek business with China and/or the Americas. Associate Members have the same benefits as Corporate Members but are not eligible to vote or stand for election to the Board of Directors. Additional non-voting representative can be added for a nominal fee.

机构会员：这一种类的会员范畴是既不是中国也不是美国的公司及企业或机构。这种是面向所有有兴趣与中国或美国寻求生意的人。机构会员与个人会员有相同的好处，但没有资格去投票选举或到董事会参加竞选。另外，如需扩大参员人数 只需小额度会费。

Individual Member (both Chinese and North and South American citizens in business): This category is for individuals with interests 一in Sino-American trade but either operate their business as an individual or who wish to enroll independent of their organization. Membership includes voting rights.

美国&中国个人会员（中国和美国商务界）：这个范畴是对中美两国贸易感兴趣的个人，不是以任何组织机构的名义来参与。此会员享有投票选举权。

Individual Associate Member (Chinese & North/South American citizens): This category is for those individuals that would like to be active members in SATDA and are associated with non-profit institutions. This category may also include student applicants and is not be entitled to all the benefits of full corporate membership. Not eligible to vote.

美国 &中国个人非赢利机构会员：这个范畴是对那些愿意帮助本协会会员和非赢利组织机构的个人。它可能也会接纳学生的申请，但他们不会享受会员单位的好处及投票选举权。

APPLICATION APPROVALS & PAYMENT

申请批准& 支付

Once your application is received, it will be reviewed for completeness and submitted to the Membership Committee for consideration. Should your application for membership be accepted you will be notified in writing of your Admission Date and will be sent an invoice. The anniversary of your Admission Date will also be your Subscription Renewal Date. Please note that payment is only necessary once your membership has been approved. Allow up to 30 days for each membership application to be processed.

你的申请表一旦收到，我们即会读阅并提交到委员会予以考虑。如果你的入会申请被接受， 你将会被通知你的入会日期，并且会收到一张发票。你的周年日期也将使你重新申请日期。 并请注意， 你的申请一旦被批准你才会被要求缴纳会费。通常三十天为申请手续的办理。

Payment is due 30 days from your Admission/Subscription Renewal Date. Membership becomes effective upon receipt of membership dues.

从你的申请批准后，会费支付是三十天之内，会员在收到会费发票后即生效。
